Small Town translates to the Danish language as Lille Thorup. My grandfather Niels Lillethorup moved to America with his parents from Lille Thorup, Denmark in 1905 and is the inspiration behind the name Small Town Photo.

I have spent the past 40 years working as a commercial photographer and videographer. In my travels to many fascinating places in the United States I have taken time to capture location and landscape photography images of interesting destinations and incredible views I see.

In recent years, my wife and I have embraced our love of traveling the country by bicycle, riding highways, rails to trails pathways and mountain bike trails. We take our cameras along and spend time slowing down, enjoying the scenery and capturing images of small town America and our surroundings.
